Review: Benefit High Beam

Benefit High Beam

Cost: £16.50

My Thoughts: I only have a sample size of this product because i got it in the "Realness of Concealness" set. I don't use highlighters on a daily basis so in all honesty i'm not very good at applying them but this is quite simple. It adds a really healthy glow to the skin as long as you don't apply too much, you can turn into a bit of a shimmery mess. I've had this nearly a year and there are no signs of it going off any time soon so it obviously will last you quite some time. It really good for dry skin too because it's liquid so it doesn't add to the dryness or make your skin look flakey like some powders can.

Where you can buy: Benefitcosmetics.co.uk
Benefit Counters

Compliments: none :(

Would i re-purchase: probably not, simply because i don't really use it a lot so buying a bigger one will probably just end up getting wasted

Great Tip: Try this on your brow bone, nose and above your cupids bow do add depth and definition where needed

Overall Score: 8/10

Swatched & Blended lightly

  3. I love High Beam - I tried and tested three different cheek highlighters on my blog. Me Me Me now do a good cheap alternative: http://wordsonthetopic.blogspot.com/2010/02/tried-and-tested-cheek-highlighters.html
